Hygiene concept

General and Foyer

  • Area-wide provision of hand disinfection

  • Mandatory masks for all employees and guests

  • Minimum distance of 1.50 meters must be observed

  • Floor markings must be observed

  • No payment process at the hotel check in

    • Drinks and other services will be booked to the guest room

    • The invoice will be settled on departure via EC- or credit card

  • Leisure area

    • Bierstübla is open

    • Swimming pool is open

    • Sauna, steam bath, bowling alley and fitness room are closed

  • Public toilet

    • Cleaning and disinfection documented

    • Disposable paper towels, foaming soap as well as disinfectant dispenser are available

Gastronomy

  • Personnel work in shift schedules and are assigned to the same people, if possible

  • Each type for buffet is a service buffet, it is protected with an acrylic plate and the food is covered individually, the staff serves the guests, the guest cannot take the meal alone, there is a mask obligation at the buffet

  • Dishes or menus are served by service staff

  • If there are not enough seats, the eating times are staggered as needed

  • Masks must be worn until you sit at the table

  • Payment by room invoice (guest must leave room key visible on the table)

Hotel room

  • No Check IN before 02:00 p.m. possible

  • Check OUT until 9:00 a.m., without exception, as the rooms must not only be cleaned but also disinfected

  • Additional pillows and blankets are no longer available in every room, they must be requested

  • No storage of lost property

Seminar rooms

  • At the beginning of each conference/seminar short introduction to the house and hygiene rules by some employees

  • Rooms are disinfected daily

  • In front of each room is disinfectant

  • Seminar room 1 and Bierstübla are continuously supplied with fresh air

  • All other rooms are ventilated once per hour for 5-10 min

  • Occupancy of the rooms with 1,50 meter distance

  • Number of persons must not be exceeded
